Russian boy reveals 150-years old mystery

The ten years old Adrey Hlopin from Krasnodar explain the origin of so called “silver clouds” that light at night, reported Russian agency.


This phenomenon was a mystery to scientists from 150 years and a boy revealed that on a great height, water turns into ice crystals. Namely, they reflect light and cause sparkle.

For his scientific hypothesis student is entered in the Guinness Book of Records.
A sixteen years old namesake of the Russian boy, Andrei Hodurski of Poltava, is the author of a unique development - a system of lighting the way for cars.
To his invention is interested World Organization for intellectual property. The boy has achieved something over which Americans are sweating more than 20 years, notes with pride Russian agency "Novosti".
His further headlights increase twice and a half highlighting the road at night and do not dazzle drivers from the opposite side. They can be mounted on each vehicle and are not expensive.
